Why isn't my promotional / discount code not working?
Discount codes are subject to product, date, and purchase requirements. If you are experiencing an error with a promotional code, please refer back to where you received the code to check for exclusions, requirements or expiration dates. Can I use a discount code to purchase a kit?
Because we extend already deeply discounted pricing for our kits, they do not qualify for additional discounts or coupon codes.
What happens if I cancel my product subscription?
If you cancel your product subscription before your product ships, your order will be cancelled.
How do Subscriptions Work?
We offer continuous subscriptions on selected products for as long as the product is available. Subscribers are able to select from a set of delivery intervals. Billing occurs at the selected interval to the credit card provided at checkout. Cancellations must occur before the end of billing term to avoid charges for an additional billing term. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled online before the end of the billing term at https://www.skindimensionsonline.com/subscriptions. PayPal payments are not accepted for subscription purchases. Orders placed using PayPal payment will be cancelled. Skin Dimensions Online reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
