RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the receipt of your product(s). Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. A handling fee (10% of the original purchase price) may be assessed on all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Skin Dimensions Online. When returning item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Skin Dimensions Online or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
**Return Policy for Zeno devices**
Your Zeno is warranted by its manufacturer Tyrell, Inc. to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year under normal use after its original purchase date. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and only when purchased from an authorized Zeno retailer. If the product should become defective within the warranty period, contact Tyrell, Inc. Customer Service at (888) 469-9366 for repair or replacement.
Tyrell reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available.
This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:
- Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
- Servicing by unauthorized persons
- Use with unauthorized accessories
- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage
- Any other conditions beyond our control

To return a product at SkinDimiensionsOnline.com, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@skindimensionsonline.com

- Customer name
- Customer number
- Invoice number or order number
- Item description
- Quantity of items being returned
- Whether the product has been opened

SkinDimensionsOnline.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 14 days. However, SkinDimensionsOnline.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to SkinDimensionsOnline.com on returned items, and SkinDimensionsOnline.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 14 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at SkinDimensionsOnline.com discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
If your return merchandise is accepted, we will post a credit to your SkinDimensionsOnline.com account within 24 hours from the time that we receive the product(s). Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is received by Skin Dimensions Online receiving department.
