Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the Contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Orders placed before 2 p.m. CST will be shipped within 2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

All expedited orders are shipped through UPS.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the receipt of your product(s). Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Skin Dimensions Online.

To return a product at Skin Dimensions Online, you'll need to follow these steps:

1. Log In To Your Account
2. On your "My Account" page, click "Completed Orders"
3. Click "Return Item(s)" on the order you'd like to make a return
4. Choose a quantity to return and your return reason.
5. You may also select a return action and write additional comments.
6. Click "Submit Return Request".
